Since the first days of the full-scale military aggression of the Russian invaders, 114,125 people have been evacuated through humanitarian corridors in Zaporozhye, of which 29,405 are children.

The city is completely ready to receive internally displaced persons. Just yesterday, 5,558 people were met, taking into account the humanitarian corridor from Mariupol and Berdyansk,” he said.
According to Tymoshenko, the regional humanitarian headquarters receives appropriate humanitarian assistance to meet all the needs of the rescued people. In particular, thousands of food packages are received from the Kirovohrad region, which are then distributed among the population.
“During the war, Ukrzaliznytsia received more than 5,000 tons of humanitarian aid in Zaporozhye. We met with people who were evacuated by a humanitarian corridor from Mariupol to Zaporozhye. Now they temporarily live in one of the sanatoriums in Zaporozhye and are provided with everything necessary,” the deputy head of the President's Office said.
After talking with the migrants, Tymoshenko once again noted the cruelty and unscrupulousness of the Russian occupiers and expressed the hope that people like return to peaceful Ukrainian Mariupol as soon as possible.
Recall that during his visit to Dnipro, Tymoshenko noted the work of the regional headquarters, which has become a humanitarian hub for the front-line regions of Ukraine.
