Deputy head of the Presidential Office claims that restoration work is underway in the de-occupied areas of these regions. First of all, they are repairing the critical infrastructure of cities and villages that have emerged from enemy occupation.

Residents of these regions are calling for saving and controlling electricity consumption. In addition, we recall that the Ukrainian authorities ask all citizens to be conscious of the use of electrical appliances and light.

Please save as much energy as possible and reduce your consumption. Such cohesion will help to avoid temporary blackouts,” Kirill Tymoshenko stressed.

Why there is no news about the counter-offensive in the Luhansk region

Former SBU officer, expert of the Ukrainian Institute for the Future Ivan Stupak told why the counter-offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Luhansk region has slowed down. According to him, our military is now focused on finding “weak spots” in the defense of the invaders.

Going “wall to wall” is stupid, the expert believes. The tactics that the Ukrainian defenders in the Luhansk region are probably using are much smarter.

The Ukrainian military is most likely now building up strength in order to subsequently deliver a powerful blow to the enemy. Stupak notes that such a scenario is similar to the one that was in the Kharkiv direction.
