For several weeks, our defenders continued to periodically strike at the Antonovsky bridge, as well as at the bridge over the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station. As of August 22, there is already significant damage there, interfering with the logistics of the enemy.

This was reported in the operational report of the command South for the day. They also reported on another good “arrival” at an important point for the Russians.

As noted in command on the Antonovsky bridge, inflicted a significant defeat again on this day. As for the crossing of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, our intelligence already has confirmation that the damage is rather serious.

Also, on August 22, an enemy ammunition depot in Novaya Kakhovka was liquidated. In general, the losses of the enemy in the South per day are

  • The network reported that the Antonovsky bridge was attacked around noon on August 22. Then the inhabitants of Kherson wrote that there were at least 8 – 10 “arrivals”. The air defense systems of the Russians worked, but this did not save the Ukrainian Armed Forces from landing shells.
  • As for the bridge near Novaya Kakhovka, there were strikes on the crossing last day. OK “South” then noted that our rocket and artillery units “adjusted the capacity of the Kakhovka bridge.”
