The Minister stressed the need for urgent action by the international community.
“Don't just watch Russia terrorize people in Ukraine. Act now – deprive the Russian war machine of funding,” the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry emphasized.
In addition, Sibiga accused the Russian president of completely refusing to resolve the conflict peacefully.
“Putin rejects any peaceful efforts and diplomacy, choosing the path of terror and war crimes,” he said.
The foreign minister's call came amid a massive Russian attack that lasted nearly ten hours and affected several regions of Ukraine.
In particular, as a result of the night attack on July 10, residential buildings were damaged in the capital, there are casualties among civilians, and the morning began with thick smoke in the sky from the consequences of Russian shelling.
