The day before, Russian infidels fired missiles at the Ternopil region. The explosion injured 22 people, including children. One boy was seriously injured by shrapnel from a wreath.
A correspondent from Ternopil told Channel 24 about this. According to her, the Ternopil Regional Military District stated that on the evening of June 11, 4 rockets arrived in Chortkiv.
- As a result of rocket attacks, the military infrastructure was also partially destroyed.
- Also, one of the rockets damaged a gas pipe.
- Two more rockets hit civilian infrastructure. As a result of the explosion, 4 multi-storey buildings were damaged.
A 12-year-old boy was injured by shrapnel
In total, about 22 residents of Chortkiv were injured. Ambulances immediately took away all the victims and provided the necessary assistance.
Currently in hospitals there are about 10 people injured from the explosion. The rest of the locals were released home.
In particular, seven women suffered. Also among the victims there is a child – a 12-year-old boy. He has minor injuries from shrapnel.
Shrapnel from a window has cut his skin. The child received stitches. While he was allowed to go home, the correspondent said.
The head of the Ternopil police department said that rescuers are already neutralizing the consequences of the explosions. People are asked not to approach the missile hit site and to be attentive to air raids.
