Russian strike on Voznesensk
Russian troops have launched a strike on Voznesensk in the Nikolaev region, killing one person and injuring eight others.
All of the wounded are in moderate condition. Among the injured is the mayor of Voznesensk, the Nikolaev OVA reported.
Drone attack in the Rivne region
On the night of July 10, Russian troops used drones to attack an energy infrastructure facility in the Rivne region.
According to the Rivne OVA, the fire was contained. No one was hurt in the attack on the power facility.
Shooting of Ukrainian prisoners near Robotino
Near Robotino, Zaporizhia Oblast, Russian soldiers shot two unarmed Ukrainian prisoners of war.
The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine stated that the Russians carried out the execution in June 2024.

New Zealand aid package
Ukraine will receive an aid package from New Zealand in the amount of 16 million New Zealand dollars, which is equivalent to $9.8 million.

Ukrainian Ambassador to Australia Vasily Miroshnichenko noted that military assistance includes the allocation of $2.45 million for the Drone Coalition led by the UK and Latvia and $1.23 for military medical needs.
Allowing Britain to hit Storm Shadow on the Russian Federation
Ukraine may use British Storm Shadow air-launched missiles to attack military targets in Russia, Prime Minister Keir Starmer said.
According to him, Ukraine has the right to independently decide how to use the Storm Shadow missiles provided by Great Britain.
However, the British Prime Minister argues that Ukraine should use Storm Shadow missiles in accordance with international humanitarian law for defense purposes.
Security Agreement with Luxembourg
Ukraine and Luxembourg agreed on a security agreement that provides for cooperation between the countries in the field of defense and intelligence, a mechanism for cooperation in the event of a future armed attack.
According to the published document, Luxembourg will support Ukraine to implement reforms on the path to NATO membership, provide military support in the land, air and cyber-electromagnetic spheres.
Under the agreement, Luxembourg will contribute to an air defense and artillery coalition to help Ukraine, and may also expand participation in other coalitions.
F-16 aircraft from Denmark and the Netherlands
Ukraine will receive F-16 fighters, which have already been transferred from Denmark and the Netherlands. The planes will be in the skies of Ukraine this summer, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said during the NATO forum as part of the summit.
According to him, Ukraine will be able to effectively defend itself when it receives the promised F-16 aircraft.
Work on the exchange of women from captivity
Ukraine is working on the exchange of more than 400 Ukrainian women from Russian captivity, said Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets.
