On the air of Channel 24 , the adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, Petr Andryushchenko, noted that skirmishes in Mariupol occur constantly. The main reason for this is racism.
“In Mariupol, there are simultaneously conditional Buryats, Dagestanis, Kadyrovtsy and other Caucasians by ethnicity. There are also residents of the European part by ethnicity. There is constant shooting between all these ethnic groups,” Andryushchenko explained.
