Circumstances dictate the need to take urgent joint measures to strengthen the defense capability of the “union state”, increase the combat readiness of the regional group of troops and the unified regional air defense system, Shoigu said.
The Russian minister stressed that such actions are becoming “more and more urgent” , and Russia is ready to provide support to “Belarusian friends”.
