Shmihal told where in Ukraine there is still no electricity

Denis Shmihal reported the relevant information on October 21. Denis Shmihal explained that there is no light where there is no possibility to carry out repair work. “Therefore, I emphasize once again: power engineers can turn off the light for a while, but this is done to carry out repairs and balance the work of our energy system,” the prime minister said.
