There is some good news – Ukraine received the fifth tranche from the IMF in the amount of $2.2 billion, and Ukrainian tennis player Elina Svitolina started at Wimbledon with a victory, albeit a difficult one.

Shelling of the Dnieper, Kharkov and other cities of Ukraine
July 3 The Russian Federation launched a missile strike on the Dnieper, as a result of which 53 people were injured, including a 14-year-old girl. Two are in serious condition. Five dead. As a result of Russian aggression, many civilian infrastructure facilities, in particular windows, doors and facades of premises, were damaged.

President Vladimir Zelensky showed the moment of arrival in Dnieper. The footage shows the horror in the eyes of the townspeople during the attack on the Dnieper and the consequences of the explosions — broken cars, premises.
According to the head of the Dnepropetrovsk OVA Sergei Lysak, the enemy targeted the area with kamikaze drones and artillery throughout the day. Nikopol itself, Pokrovskaya, Marganetskaya and Mirovskaya communities were under attack.
Infrastructure is damaged. 4 private houses, 5 outbuildings, a hostel, a truck and a gas pipeline were destroyed.
Also today Russia attacked Kharkov. At this moment, six victims are known — 8 year old boy, 74 year old woman, 75 year old man. All are hospitalized. Another 38-year-old man and two women were treated at the scene.
In addition, The Russian Federation shelled the village of Russkaya Lozovaya in the Kharkov region twice, causing three casualties. In the morning, the occupiers shelled the village of Borovaya, Izyum district. The building of the Borovsky village council was damaged. A man died as a result of Russian aggression. A 50-year-old man was admitted to the hospital, and a 75-year-old woman had an acute stress reaction.
It was loud today in Krivoy Rog, as well as Zaporozhye. The head of the city's Defense Council, Alexander Vilkul, noted that the explosion took place outside of Krivoy Rog. The same applies to Zaporozhye, said Regina Kharchenko, secretary of the Zaporozhye City Council.
Fifth tranche from the IMF
Ukraine received the fifth tranche from the IMF in the amount of $2.2 billion. This is part of the funds provided for by the four-year Extended Fund Facility & #8212; EFF program in the amount of $16 billion.
As Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal noted, the transferred amount will help the government of Ukraine in financing critical budget expenses, social benefits, salaries of doctors and teachers.
In addition, the Western media wrote today that NATO has reached an agreement to support Ukraine next year in the amount of 40 billion euros.
The decision should be officially approved at the NATO summit in Washington next week.
Explosions in Novorossiysk and Mariupol
On the night of July 3, naval strike drones attacked Novorossiysk, Krasnodar Territory, Russian Federation. Subsequently, local public pages reported a fire in the mountains above the city. They also published a video of the consequences of the arrivals.
