The Rovno regional prosecutor's office informed the lieutenant general, commander of the 11th Army of the Russian Air Force, in absentia about the suspicion.

60-year-old general- lieutenant from Moscow Vladimir Kravchenko is considered involved in the shelling of two oil depots in the Rovno region, which took place on March 26 in Dubno and on March 28 in Klevan.

I gave the order to carry out the bombing

In particular, he is suspected of ordering to carry out rocket and bomb bombardments of targets.

The indicated orders were communicated by the lower-level commanders to the pilots of Russian combat aircraft who flew from the Baranovichi airfield (Belarus) , and without crossing the airspace of Ukraine carried out rocket attacks on the civilian infrastructure of the Rivne region, the Rivne regional prosecutor's office reports.

Therefore, the Russian Lieutenant General Kravchenko was informed of the suspicion of waging an aggressive war, deliberate actions committed to change the borders of the territory and state border of Ukraine and violate order, which entailed grave consequences, as well as in violation of the laws and customs of war.

Kravchenko faces a life sentence

The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators of the SBU Department in the Rivne region.

These crimes are punishable by a maximum sentence of life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

Shelling of oil depots in the Rivne region

Let us recall that on March 26, Russian invaders launched a missile attack on the oil depot in the city of Dubno. The fire was extinguished on the night of March 27. 12 pieces of equipment and 65 rescuers worked on the spot.

Subsequently, on March 28, Russia again attacked the tank farm, but this time in Klevan. Fortunately, there were no victims or injured. The fire was localized only on March 30. 67 firefighters, 17 pieces of equipment, as well as 2 fire trains worked on the spot.
