Kherson was shelled from artillery at night
Explosions were heard in Kherson after 2 am. The enemy again shelled the city with artillery. They hit from the occupied left bank.

Mobilization of convicts
Deputy Minister of Justice Elena Vysotskaya said that Ukraine should speed up the issue of mobilizing prisoners or convicted citizens. After the outbreak of a full-scale war, there were thousands of requests from people who wanted to join the Ukrainian Defense Forces, but current legislation prohibits the mobilization of people with a criminal record.
Negotiations with Germany to return citizens home
Ukraine began negotiations with representatives of Germany for the further return of our citizens to their homeland. EU countries are making a lot of efforts to integrate Ukrainians, but they are not manipulating the issue of returning them home.
This was stated by Deputy Minister of Economy, Trade Representative of Ukraine Taras Kachka during the discussion Saving Ukrainians saves Ukraine — human capital in war and war economy in Davos.
According to him, a solution is being developed that will encourage Ukrainians to return. We can offer infrastructure solutions, provide housing and jobs. The German side can use part of the aid it provides to refugees to help them return.
