Shahed-136/131 attack drones entered the region from the north and headed south.
The penetration of enemy UAVs into the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was reported at 00:19.
And after another 20 minutes they ordered Kharkov residents not to leave their shelters, since the drones had already approached the eastern outskirts of the city.
After 40 minutes, city mayor Igor Terekhov announced that Kharkov was fighting off an invasion of enemy drones.
At the same time, the mayor noted that during the shelling of Kharkov by drones on April 7, one of the drones hit a private house, causing a fire.
In addition to private households, a kindergarten, three five-story buildings and cars were also damaged.
62-year-old man sustained shrapnel wounds.
A 64-year-old woman and an 87-year-old man were also injured – they were treated by doctors on the spot.

After Kharkov, the occupiers began attacking areas of the region with drones.
According to Oleg Sinegubov, at 01:40 the invaders struck the Lozovsky and Kharkov districts with Shaheds.
Fortunately, there were no casualties there.
