About that , that there is a threat of an explosion at an oil refinery in Lisichansk, Ombudsman Lyudmila Denisova said.
According to her, as a result of shelling at the second largest oil refinery in Ukraine, production facilities caught fire. We are talking about a sulfur recovery plant and a mixing station.
Denisova wrote on social networks that the fire continues there, covering more than half a hectare of territory. The Russians are constantly shelling, using artillery. Therefore, it is not yet possible to extinguish the fire.
Currently, extinguishing the fire is impossible, since the shelling of the Rashists does not subside, Denisova said in a message.
