According to Bratchuk, on the morning of June 28, an air alert was also announced in the Odessa region. Information about a possible attack and the work of air defense was checked.
The night in the region passed without shelling, unlike the previous one. Then enemy missiles in the Odessa region hit a peaceful village. There were houses there and a lot of them were damaged.
4 houses burned down in general. The area of the fire was 500 square meters. Unfortunately, there are people affected. These are 8 citizens, including 2 twin girls, they are 3 years old. It's good that it worked out the way it did. They didn't need hospitalization. There are shrapnel wounds, because glass and building materials were flying. But the children are alive – and this is the most important thing, – said Bratchuk.
The representative of the Odesa OVA also sympathized with the victims of the attack in Kremenchug, where Russia launched a rocket at the shopping center.
“We are together and we understand that, unfortunately, this can happen to each of us today. After all, we see that the enemy has changed tactics and strategy and is shelling civilian objects, residential buildings,” Bratchuk stated.
Russian rocket attacks

The Russian goal was to attack the Izmail region, but the air defense forces shot down the missile while still over the sea.
- The Ukrainian air defense constantly destroys Russian aircraft. However, the enemy Russian army has missiles that are very hard to shoot down, so air defense cannot work 100%. Supersonic missiles like Onyx, Kh-22, Kinzhal are very hard to shoot down. After all, it's a matter of time – from launch to hit, a few minutes pass.
