She noted that for several weeks an unknown man had been watching the entrance to the house where Irina Farion lived. According to the neighbor, he had been sitting on a bench near the building every day since the week before last.
— Here neighbors came up to him and asked: how are you sitting here, do you want to eat or drink? He said that he had lunch. They ask him: where are you from? He says: from Ternopil. I didn't say anything to him. What do I have for him? — the neighbor noticed.
Despite the fact that the man was regularly seen, it is difficult to describe him, says another neighbor of Irina Farion. The unknown man was always in closed clothes, a hat, glasses and red gloves. Tamara Shevchenko said that the young guy had a strange appearance, as if he was disguised.

Tamara Shevchenko claims that this man was not far from the house on the day of Irina Farion's murder.
— I was walking home from work along Varshavskaya on one side, and he was walking along the parallel one. He came, sat down on a bench and looked in that direction. I was surprised: the square and people, and he didn't look anywhere, only there. Farion lived there. I had the impression that he was tracking someone, — she noted.
One of Irina Farion's neighbors, who did not want to introduce himself, also noted that he had repeatedly seen a man sitting in the yard.
According to him, he was strange, because he was wearing sneakers, socks, sweatpants, a sweatshirt and glasses, despite the very strong heat.
— It's hot outside, and he sits like that. And always: hat and glasses, looking straight into the sixth entrance, — said Farion's neighbor.
