As reported by the Kyiv prosecutor's office, this happened early in the morning.

As can be seen on video from surveillance cameras, the woman destroyed memorial plaques and tore off flags from the graves of fallen heroes Dmitry Kotsyubailo with the call sign Da Vinci, Andrei Pilshchikov with the pseudonym Dzhus, and Pavel Petrichenko.

What is known about the arrest of the woman
As the Kyiv police reported, the woman who violated the graves of military personnel was detained.
Primary investigative actions are currently ongoing with the offender, and a report of suspicion is being prepared for her.
Under the procedural leadership of the Pechersk District Prosecutor's Office of Kiev, criminal proceedings have been initiated on the fact of desecration of the graves of defenders of Ukraine (Part 2 of Article 297 of the Criminal Code).
Operative investigative and search actions are being carried out to establish the woman’s identity. The sanction of the article provides for up to 5 years of imprisonment.
