The draw for the round of 16 finals of the 2023/24 Europa League season took place at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.
At this stage, Ukraine is represented by Donetsk Shakhtar, which, following the results of the group stage, took third place in Quartet H in the Champions League.
16 teams took part in the draw for the 1/16 finals, divided into seeded and unseeded. Teams that are from third place in their group in the Champions League — were unsown. And the teams that took second place in their groups in the League of Legends received seeded status.

The first legs will take place on February 15th and the return matches will take place February 22, 2024.
The winners of these matches will play in the 1/8 finals against the teams that won their groups in the Europa League. Teams that finished first in their groups: West Ham United, Brighton, Liverpool (all England), Rangers (Scotland), Atalanta (Italy), Villarreal (Spain), Slavia Prague (Czech Republic), Bayer Leverkusen (Germany).
The Europa League final is scheduled for May 22 at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin (Ireland). The current holder of the trophy is the Spanish Seville.
