In the Odessa region, in the Belgorod-Dnistrovsky district, a deputy of the Kyiv City Council, Sergei Mamoyan, died in an accident.

As reported by law enforcement, the accident occurred yesterday, November 3, at 19:00 in the Starokazatskaya OTG.

The head of the Belgorod-Dnestrovsky district police department, Pavel Bobchinsky, reported that investigators have launched proceedings under Part 3 Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
We are talking about the violation of traffic safety rules or the operation of transport by persons driving it, if they resulted in the death of several people.
A number of forensic examinations have been ordered as part of the proceedings. The investigation continues.

Before that, since 2015, he was a deputy of the Poltava Regional Council of the 7th convocation from “ ;Party of ordinary people of Sergey Kaplin”. Head of the parliamentary commission on issues of fuel and energy complex and subsoil use. He also held senior positions in MALDS Group LLC from 2007 to 2018.
