In the Russian Belgorod region, where explosions and “pops” are often heard now, a resident of one of the settlements exploded, trying to melt a jet engine from an RPG. The husband wanted to sell it for scrap, but paid with his life.

A Belgorod citizen tried to melt a jet engine from a hand-held anti-tank grenade launcher at the stake and sell it as scrap metal. But the projectile detonated from the heat – a 41-year-old man died on the spot.

According to Russian media, a resident of the Belgorod region, Alexei Shubin, found parts of ammunition for a hand-held anti-tank grenade near the border with Ukraine, which he probably left behind Russian kafirs. The man found the remains of an RPG near the village of Oktyabrsky.

The man wanted to hand over the remains for scrap metal, but he realized that the weapons at the collection point were unlikely to be taken away. Therefore, he came up with a cunning plan – to smelt aluminum from the remnants of RPGs using a hearth.

Shubin made a fire and began to melt weapons. RPG jet engine, misfired, detonated. One of the engine fragments hit the man's body and pierced his lung. The 41-year-old metalworker died on the spot from his injuries.

The explosion of a jet engine was heard by local fishermen, who came to the sound and found the deceased next to the fire.
