He turned out to be a 32-year-old man who moved to Transcarpathia from Mariupol.
The organizer used cars with national symbols and inscriptions “humanitarian aid”, “chaplain” and national symbols.
On April 17, 5 of his wards were detained by a detachment of the Yablonovka department. They were illegally sent from Ukraine to Romania in order to avoid conscription during mobilization, the message says.
During the searches, law enforcement officers found and seized things and evidence of the smuggler's illegal activities.
