Scholz promises to provide weapons to Ukraine for several months/Collage 24 channel
The position of Germany and its Chancellor Olaf Scholz in relation to armed assistance to Ukraine is rather ambiguous. As Piontkovsky noted, the latter has already completely compromised himself.
As a Russian opposition publicist noted, some European countries are terribly afraid of Ukraine's victory. And all because it will have a negative impact on the position of these states in the international arena. We are talking about both France and Germany.
Winners build international politics
Piontkovsky stressed that Scholz and Macron are not just afraid of Ukraine winning the war. Like, after every world war, and now this is exactly what is happening, the victorious country is building a new political system.
Accordingly, the victory of Ukraine will be the reason that it will shape the policy together with the United States and Great Britain. At the same time, Germany, together with France, literally fall overboard in this process.
At the same time, the publicist stressed that Russia's support is important for France and Germany >for different reasons. The first is to constantly prove their greatness. Therefore, here its patterns and approaches coincide with Russia. At the same time, Germany is more pragmatic.
Germans are only interested in finances
As Piontkovsky noted, economic interests are more important for Germany. It is not surprising that she continues to play along Russia. It should be remembered that this is from the times of the USSR.
In the beginning, Germany had great privileges. And all because it was a special partner of the USSR. In the post-Soviet era, cooperation has grown into outright corruption among the political elite of the country, whose chancellor is Scholz.
They say that earlier the word corruption was identical to Schroeder, the former chancellor of Germany. Now the scandal with Merkel and Scholz is being discussed. Like, their funds are connected with Russia. This once again confirms the fact that over the past decades, the aggressor country has made Germany literally dependent on its money.
Piontkovsky stressed that such “cooperation” is very comfortable for both countries. And the loss of Russia can pretty shake up Germany and make her influence more modest in the world.
Scholz is already completely compromised. For two months he has been simply deceiving his colleagues in the government and the party. He does everything to ensure that nothing serious (heavy weapons – Channel 24) is provided, – Piontkovsky stressed. As it turned out, our state will receive the promised air defense systems and MLRS no earlier than winter.
Like, Iris-T systems will not be ready until November – December. And all because before it in Germany ordered Egypt. Now he must abandon the installations in favor of Ukraine. Otherwise, it will be simply impossible to send them.
Ukraine was also supposed to receive BMP-1 from Greece. It would have been sent to us on the condition that Germany send the promised 50 BMP Marder to Athens. But the Germans are in no hurry to do this. Therefore, the Greeks are not ready to get rid of the weapons they may need.
