“Schemes” claim that the scandalous Portnov left Ukraine in June because of a checkpoint in Transcarpathia

Former First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration under Viktor Yanukovych Andrey Portnov left Ukraine on June 3, 2022. The pro-Russian leader left Ukraine through a checkpoint in the Transcarpathian region.

The Schemes journalists learned about this from three independent sources. It is reported that Portnov left for Hungary because of the Chop (Tisa) road crossing point.
