Criminal proceedings have been opened against ex-adviser of the Office of the President Alexei Arestovich.
People's deputy, volunteer, public activist reported this on Facebook Natalya Pipa.
— Criminal proceedings have been opened against citizen Arestovich. The National Police of Ukraine informed me about this, and I am informing you. We are waiting for the intelligence officer’s speedy (however dubious) return to Ukraine,” she wrote.
Most likely, criminal proceedings were opened due to the fact that 29 people’s deputies filed a complaint with the National Police against Arestovich for knowingly falsely reporting the commission of a criminal offense.

Arestovich expressed the opinion that Pipa’s words regarding Tsoi’s songs were inappropriate, so he filed a statement in court. According to the court decision, the State Bureau of Investigation was ordered to begin criminal proceedings, the main defendant of which is MP Pipa.
By the way, this is the second criminal case that has been opened against Arestovich recently. Earlier, the capital's law enforcement officers began a pre-trial investigation due to his sexist statements.
