On May 17, a video was distributed on social networks where TCC workers used force on a civilian man.
When random women who were in the minibus came to his defense, one of the representatives of the TCC said that they should not touch him, because he was allegedly shell-shocked.

In the Odessa regional TCC and joint venture responded to an incident in public transport.
They note that TCC servicemen who violated the norms and procedures for communicating with citizens during the performance of their official duties will be subject to disciplinary action.
— The leadership of the Odessa Regional TCC and SP condemns this behavior and systematically works with personnel on the inadmissibility of the use of physical force and obscene language. But the human factor and excessive emotionality are obvious both in the behavior of the military and in the actions of citizens, — the message says.
The TCC reminds that on May 18, a new law on mobilization comes into force, according to which citizens of Ukraine must have military registration documents with them, and TCC and SP servicemen have the authority to check them.
It is worth noting that also employees of TCC and SP, at the request of citizens, must present their official document.
