A colonel of the Security Service of Ukraine was found dead in his own office in Kiev.
As reported by Ukrainskaya Pravda, the man received a gunshot wound to the head.
The press service of the SBU in a media commentary confirmed the fact of their death employee.

The SBU also expressed condolences to the family and friends of the deceased man.
According to the Interfax-Ukraine agency, we are talking about the deputy head of the SBU special communications department, Dmitry Bakaev.
At the scene of the incident, according to media reports, a suicide note was allegedly found accusing the leadership of the SBU of bias.
