At midnight on November 16, Russian troops began to cover the Chuguevsky district of the Kharkov region with fire.

Closer to the morning, the occupiers released several groups of attack drones across Ukraine.

At the moment, the threat remains for the Vinnytsia, Khmelnytsky and Chernivtsi regions.

Shelling of Kharkov region

At midnight on November 16, Russian troops launched at least seven strikes on the settlement of the Chuguevsky district of the Kharkov region.

According to preliminary data, notes the head of the regional military administration Oleg Sinegubov, the invaders attacked the region with the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system.

The consequences of the hits are being established.

Drone attack

For several hours now, Russian troops have been attacking Ukraine with attack drones.

The fact that the UAVs moved from the South was confirmed by the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces at 03:48.

At half past five in the morning the drones went to the Kirovograd region, at 05:50 – to the Vinnytsia region.

Currently, a group of drones is heading to the Chernivtsi and Khmelnytsky regions.

Air defense work in Russia and occupied Crimea

On the morning of November 16, the Russian Ministry of Defense complained about the drone attack.

The occupiers claim that they destroyed two UAVs over the territory of the Bryansk region.

Three more UAVs were allegedly intercepted over the Black Sea off the coast of the still occupied Crimea.

Around six in the morning, monitoring channels reported explosions in Sevastopol.

The occupiers have not yet responded to the situation.
