Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, spoke about the consequences of the shelling. According to him, at about 4:40 a.m. infidels fired at the Nemyshlyansky, Industrialny and Novobavarsky districts of Kharkov.

Oleg Sinegubov wrote that the missiles were launched from Russian Belgorod, probably of the S-300 air defense system.

In the Kharkiv region, as Sinegubov noted, the enemy attacked the Bogodukhovsky, Izyumsky, Chuguevsky, Kharkov regions.
