According to OSINT analysts, the strike resulted in damage to the oil depot, as well as, probably, the L-24-600 installation. According to preliminary information, flashes were also recorded from the Ryazan Thermal Power Plant, which may indicate damage to its facilities.

A large-scale fire has started on the territory of the oil depot. Fuel and lubricants explode and spread, causing the fire to spread further. Videos appearing on social networks show the significant scale of the fire and thick black smoke rising above the plant.

Information about casualties or other possible consequences is still being clarified. At the same time, the Russian authorities are refraining from making official comments regarding the attack.
