The Ministry of Internal Affairs said that Russia did not withdraw its troops in the Kiev and Chernihiv directions. Now intense fighting continues there.
The situation has not changed at all. This was stated by the adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Vadim Denisenko, Channel 24 reports.
