Russians steal grain from Ukrainian farmers/Ministry of Agrarian Policy
Russia pursues its traditional policy – kills and robs, and then blames Ukraine for this. That is how it is now acting in the occupied territories.
Robbery in the occupied territories of Ukraine by Russia can be divided into two types. One is how the military themselves loot when they steal everything that happens to them from local residents.
The second topic is robbery – this is already at the state level. There is more scope. Although they also try to steal everything they can reach – from art to food.
As for food, they plunder, first of all, the products of agricultural enterprises. According to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, there were 1.3 million tons of grain in the territories of four regions under temporary occupation (Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporozhye and Kherson). The invaders have already taken out 100,000 tons of grain from each region – a total of 400,000 tons. This is a quarter of the grain stocks that were there before the new harvest.
Important! Stealing food from the occupied territories is considered a violation of the 55th Geneva Convention of 1949 for the protection of civilians in time of war.
At the same time, grain is being exported, which was to ensure daily food security, that is, the food of the Ukrainians living there. If this continues further, famine awaits these areas.
Ukrainian products are exported to the Crimea. Some of them are sold there. The rest go to mainland Russia via the Crimean bridge. After all, there is also a food crisis in Russia due to the imposed sanctions.
There is also evidence that infidels demand that farmers give them up to 70% of the future harvest. And they should plant only cereals and sunflowers. And some farmers are still forced to dig trenches with their equipment.
At the same time, the Russians accuse Ukraine of creating a humanitarian catastrophe in these territories.
The Ukrainian military explains that in this way kafirs are trying to put pressure on local residents. They are creating a humanitarian crisis by putting people on the brink of survival due to starvation. And then they imitate humanitarian activities, when they hand out food, kits and medicines to local residents in front of the cameras.
