The enemy increased the quantity, but not the quality, of military clashes in the Avdeevsky direction.
Alexander Shtupun, a representative of the press center of the Tavria Defense Forces, announced this on the air of Unified News.
Most of the fighting over the past 24 hours was recorded in the south of Avdiivka.

Also, for three days, the occupiers have been actively using in the Donetsk region, and in Avdievka in particular, guided aerial bombs, which are dropped from Su-35 aircraft. Just yesterday, Russian terrorists dropped about 30 aerial bombs.
In the Avdeevka direction, within 24 hours the Armed Forces of Ukraine repulsed 18 assaults by the invaders, in particular south of Novokalinovo and in the areas of Avdeevka, Severny and east of Pervomaisky.
Russian occupiers are increasingly recruiting prisoners into their assault units, as well as Russian citizens who have no military experience at all.
“This leads to disorientation of some units, and it is precisely such people who are more often captured… The Russian command throws them into some kind of landing, tells them to occupy, lies that they will be helped. But in fact it turns out that they are captured or die,” Shtupun noted.
The occupiers usually place new personnel in the houses of local residents – thus hiding behind the civilian population.
Earlier, a report from the Institute for the Study of War stated that the Russian command continues to send Storm-Z units, which consist primarily of recruited prisoners, to “meat assaults.” These units constantly suffer colossal losses.
