Occupiers threaten to shut down those who do not obey the decree
Russian propaganda media inform that the self-proclaimed occupying authorities in the Kherson region put the corresponding demand on the sellers.

Russia introduces a dual-currency zone in the Kherson region
At the end of April, the Russian military seized the Kherson city council and the building of the regional state administration. Then they introduced the so-called “heads” of the Kherson regional and city administrations Volodymyr Saldo and Oleksandr Kobts.
Then the occupying authorities announced that the Kherson region from May 1 should “move into the ruble zone.” The Gauleiters even said that the so-called “transitional period will take up to 4 months”.
In response, the Ukrainian Ombudswoman Lyudmila Denisova stressed that the transition to rubles is an act of annexation by Russia.
Russian propagandists reported that from May 23, the occupation authorities introduced a dual-currency zone in the Kherson region. Such a move by Russia violated monetary sovereignty and the provision of the Hague Convention of 1907.
Experts say the decision will bring no economic benefit to Moscow. The introduction of the ruble in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region is an exclusively political decision to prepare for the so-called “referendum”.
It is important to note that President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine would withdraw from peace negotiations with Russia if the so-called “referendum”.
