Full mobilization in Russia/Channel 24 collage

On Channel 24, military observer of the Information Resistance group Oleksandr Kovalenko noted that Russians are in despair because of heavy losses.
He added that at the same time, the occupiers use Ukrainian citizens who are in the temporarily occupied territories in the format of such a “meat grinder”.
Open mobilization in Russia
Oleksandr Kovalenko explained that general mobilization can only take place after Vladimir Putin decides to declare war on Ukraine. If this state does not exist, then there will be no large-scale mobilization.
Russia will not do this. She will not use the term “war”, because she will use the UN resource to the last, – Alexander Kovalenko said.
“If Russia declares war on Ukraine, it will be limited in the tools that it now uses in this organization. The functions and effectiveness of which have been questioned for a long time. That is why today we are not talking about large-scale mobilization,” the military observer noted.< /p>

Alexander Kovalenko said that forced mobilization is a resource of some kind of “live meat”, because they have no other strategy. Russians understand that they have a shortage of specialized professionals. For example, pilots, driver-mechanics, even gunners.
