He stressed that the threat of an attack on Slovyansk has grown due to the lack of ammunition for our defenders. , in recent weeks, the Ukrainian military has spent a lot of artillery ammunition to fight the enemy. However, our side has not yet been able to replenish their number.
That is why now the situation is really changing not in our favor. The Russians can move on to a full-scale attack in Slavyansk in the coming days, the adviser said.
Groups that can storm
He noted that most likely the Russian occupiers will go to Barvenkovo in order to move through this settlement to encircle Slavyansk. At the same time, another group of invaders will advance from Liman – that is, from the other side of Slavyansk.
“In my opinion, these 2 groups will synchronize and storm Slavyansk. This is a challenge in the coming days. And only on how much our troops can inflict damage on them, it will be clear whether the enemy will achieve his goal,” Andrusov noted.
A question of price
The adviser noted that our forces and means are enough to stop the Russian occupiers. However, first of all, it is a question of price.
“Due to the fact that our defenders do not have enough artillery ammunition, we will pay a heavy price for stopping this horde, which is now concentrated near Izyum,” the adviser emphasized.
