“This photo is especially difficult for me to comment on, because the person who is in this photo is my very old comrade, whom I have known for many years, this is my colleague. This is a photo that was posted by the terrorists themselves. They are like criminals – they just brag about their crimes “, – said Zhorin.
According to him, the Ukrainian military every day gives 100 percent on the front line to contain the enemy, destroy him and liberate territories. The Armed Forces of Ukraine protect the entire civilized world from the Russian invasion with their own forces, but international organizations and other countries ignore bullying against the defenders of Azovstal.
At present, the world is pretending that everything is fine and absolutely normal, that among Europe there is simply a modern concentration camp that Russia has set up. There they torture, kill and mock people, and then they also brag about it. These photos are for international and European organizations,” added the ex-commander of Azov.
He stressed that Russia is one of the members of the UN, which has not only rights, but also obligations. Zhorin is convinced that Russia is exercising its rights, in particular, as far as Ukraine is concerned, by fabricating facts about the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, and when it comes to responsibility, “the UN forgets about everything.”
“For some reason, the UN is embarrassed to say something, to go and check, and at this time, with tacit consent, terrible things happen – people are simply mocked, they are tortured every day. This is a terrible story, which, of course, is difficult for me watch,” the military man concluded.
The situation with the defenders of Azovstal: what is known
- In mid-May, more than 2,000 thousand Ukrainian defenders and defenders left Azovstal. Most of them are still in Russian captivity. It is known that the prisoners are in a colony in the occupied Yelenovka, Donetsk region, where Russia committed a bloody terrorist attack.
