Ukrainian defenders are incredibly efficient at using the weapons that our Western partners gave us. The Russian occupiers, on the other hand, are afraid of the HIMARS installations, which have already been able to significantly change the situation at the front.

This Channel 24 was told by military expert Pavel Narozhny. He also noted that the Russians are terribly afraid of HIMARS systems, so they see it everywhere.
