This is all an excuse, because the West has clearly stated, both Biden himself and everything, that no one intends to seize Russia, no one is going to deal with Russia,” the Russian human rights activist noted.
He added that if it collapses, then this is the work of the Russian authorities themselves, and no one else. There will be no external expansion that would lead to this collapse. And the fact that internal political processes are going on there, as a result of the defeat in Ukraine, is the result of a war that the authorities themselves wanted to embody in Ukraine.

Russians are scared by 2 things
According to the Russian human rights activist, there was no need to break into Ukraine, and for at least 10-15 years Russia would not have known trouble. Putin's words are a propaganda and rhetorical device. Russians are scared by 2 things:

- collapse.
“Both, in principle, take place. A large-scale war in Eastern Europe, in Ukraine, continues. Tens even hundreds of thousands of people are dying. Problems are associated with collapse – these are processes that are the result of defeat. So, let's see, how the situation will develop,” Feigin emphasized.
As he noted, in this statement there are more excuses, but there is also a grain of truth. That is, Putin understands what the final defeat will lead to, why it is impossible to lose, so “everyone lays down your lives to prevent the worst that we already have.”
