The head of the Avdeevka city military administration, Vitaly Barabash, stated this on the air of the United News telethon.

“There will definitely be a third wave… Most likely, they are already ready for the third wave, but weather conditions do not allow them to use equipment, because it has been raining heavily for almost a week, the soil is very heavy, and equipment does not travel on such soils,” Barabash said.
The head of the MBA noted that the occupiers do not stop attacks day or night. Russians' attention is mainly focused north of the city.
