Their hysteria is already being carried away by social networks. They are shocked that the leader of Ukraine was only 20 kilometers from the demarcation line, channel 24 reports.
In particular, the Russians are wondering why their army did not hit Izyum when Vladimir Zelensky was there. They were indignant, because their weapons easily finish shooting at the liberated city.
Note that during the speech of the president there was an explosion in Izyum, but no one paid much attention to it, because Ukrainians cannot be intimidated.

On September 14, President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in the de-occupied Izyum in the Kharkiv region, where he took part in the solemn raising of the state flag over the city council. Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar and other representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also arrived in the city.
At the beginning of the celebrations, those present honored the memory of the fallen defenders with a minute of silence. Zelensky thanked the soldiers for the liberated Ukrainian lands, and in a solemn atmosphere, the military raised the Ukrainian flag over the city council. Subsequently, Vladimir Zelensky also announced a visit to the sacked city. He promised that the national flag would soon fly in every Ukrainian city.
Reference. Izyum is the third largest city in the region. From April 2, the city was completely occupied. Local residents were left without electricity, water and gas. At least 1,000 civilians have died in Izyum since the start of the Russian military invasion. On September 11, the invaders left the city, they were driven out by Ukrainian defenders.
