In the temporarily occupied territories, Russian invaders are beginning to actively build helipads. This was told by Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar.

The Deputy Minister added that since the beginning of the war, Russia has changed its goals. At first, she sought to capture Kyiv and all of Ukraine. So the military did not accumulate.
As for changing the leadership of the armed forces of the aggressor country, this is a way to change tactics. In Russia, they understand that it was not possible to achieve the goals, so they had to radically change everything.
She noted that not only Alexander Dvornikov was appointed to lead the war against Ukraine. In Russia, a number of criminal cases are also being opened against employees who have not coped with their tasks.
It is not so simple with helicopters in Russia
