According to preliminary data, this humanitarian corridor will operate from 21:00 on March 14 to 7:00 March 15 local time. After this, Russian volunteers will continue their operation in the border regions of Russia.

The representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense Andrei Yusov noted on the telethon that the enemy has military targets among civilian objects. Therefore, repeatedly representatives of the RDK, the Legion “Freedom of Russia” and the Siberian Battalion called on both local residents to evacuate, and the local so-called authorities to ensure the evacuation of civilians.

“This actually emphasizes them a humane approach and compliance with international humanitarian law, even against the aggressor’s army,” said the intelligence representative.

Yusov also emphasized that this is an internal conflict. In particular, we are talking about Russian citizens who act autonomously on this territory and defend their own values ​​and program principles.

Russia is an unstable state, there are a lot of internal conflicts there and they escalated after the criminal decision on a full-scale invasion and genocidal war of Russia against Ukraine, he emphasized.

In addition, the intelligence representative noted that in these conditions There is, of course, another aspect for instability – this is the illegitimacy of the Russian president and what the Russians call “presidential elections.”

According to Yusov, on the one hand, the Kremlin is trying to violate international humanitarian law to carry out these “electoral” procedures in the temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories, on the other hand, does not control the territories that now belong to Russia.
