Saboteurs work throughout Ukraine/SBU
– reconnaissance groups are scattered throughout almost the entire territory of the country. There are especially many saboteurs in the frontline zones.
Every few days there is a message about the detention of saboteurs in the Chernihiv, Kyiv and Sumy regions. This was stated by Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs Vadim Denisenko on the air of the telethon, channel 24 reports.
Detentions are not made public
The official assured that they are doing a huge operational work. Law enforcement officers are working hard, but these operations are not public.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense reported that enemy DRGs were operating in Kyiv, saboteurs were being received from the occupied territories. They have become more cunning – they speak Ukrainian, so it is more difficult to identify them. With this method, the command of the Russian armed forces is trying to intensify sabotage work on our territory.
Saboteurs in the Odessa region
The representative of the Odessa regional military administration, Sergei Bratchuk, also said that counter-sabotage work is constantly carried out in the region. There are suspects in custody. The participation of some in the DWG has already been confirmed. In particular, there are those who collected information about checkpoints, military and infrastructure facilities.
A tangle is unraveling that could lead to some more arrests, the speaker noted.
Bratchuk emphasized that this work is being carried out around the clock.
Threat of overturning DRG from Belarus
The day before, Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs Viktor Andrusiv warned that the enemy could transfer sabotage and reconnaissance groups from the territory of Belarus to Volyn. This is how the infidels want to divert and draw off Ukrainian troops so that they are not attracted to more tense directions – in the East or South.
The Russians can choose such a direction, because in the liberated territories it would be much more difficult to overthrow the DRG unnoticed. There, many checkpoints, police and citizens have become much more attentive after the occupation.
For example, on May 16, infidels were already trying to transfer the DRG to the Sumy region. The Russians covered themselves by shooting: they opened fire from mortars, grenade launchers, machine guns and machine guns. As a result, the border guards fought and rejected the saboteurs.
