Russian rocket killed doctor OKHMATDIT in Kyiv: little son left an orphan

Occupiers are fighting civilians and massively shelling the cities of Ukraine. As a result of the attack on October 10, a medical woman who had a small child died.

On Monday, October 10, Russian invaders launched dozens of rockets at the civilian population of Ukrainian cities. An enemy shell killed Oksana Leontieva, a doctor at the OKHMATDIT hospital.

Colleagues wrote about the doctor’s death

Oksana I always went to work in the hospital. At 08:30, the first explosions were heard in the Shevchenko district of the capital, after which the enemy fired at other areas, hitting civilian cars. Oksana Leontyeva was in one of the cars.

Today our team lost Oksana Leontieva. You were a bright person, girlfriend, colleague, doctor, wonderful mother, sister, daughter…. You are forever in our hearts, although today a Russian rocket blew it out of our chests when you were on your way to work to save people,” wrote Alexander, a hospital worker.

He honored the bright memory of the doctor and wrote that her colleagues would never forget her.

Leontyeva's son was left an orphan

It is known that the deceased left her little son Grigory – he is no more than 5 years old. There is a photo on Oksana's Facebook 2017, where you can see that she is expecting a baby.

  • At 08.30 Vitali Klitschko confirmed the explosions in Kyiv. The missiles hit, according to him, right in the center of the city.
  • Subsequently, photos and video evidence of the consequences of the “arrivals” appeared. The occupiers hit the playground, and the Minister of Culture Oleksandr Tkachenko said that the library, the Shevchenko University and the Teacher's House were damaged due to shelling.
  • Head of the Kyiv Police Department Aleksey Kuleba wrote that rescuers quickly began to work on the site of the rubble. It is known about 6 dead and 50 injured.
