EMERCOM of Russia will send a consolidated group of rescuers and high-mobility equipment to Nagorno-Karabakh. This was reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the ministry.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations noted that the group is formed from employees of the Noginsky, Ural, Tula, Donskoy, Nevsky and Volzhsky rescue centers, the Leader detachment and the Ruza center for providing control points. The group will also include specialists from the central office and departmental psychologists.
75 specialists and 13 pieces of equipment are already ready for departure, in addition, the arrival of additional forces and means continues.
Earlier it was reported that the city of Martuni was almost completely destroyed in Nagorno-Karabakh due to active hostilities. According to the mayor of the city, Edik Avanesyan, about 70-80 percent of the buildings were “badly damaged” and were damaged by shrapnel during the shelling.
