This was reported by the Romanian Ministry of National Defense.

In recent days, teams of specialists from the Ministry of National Defense and other specialized structures have examined a number of places where Russian attack drones could have fallen on the Romanian bank of the Danube.

All areas where the possibility of falling UAV fragments was reported have now been identified — these are the areas around the settlements of Plauru and Periprava in Tulcea County.

The cities of Niculiteli and Chilia were also mentioned in the information space, but no drone fragments were found there.

— We clearly state that all locations identified as impact zones are outside populated areas, and no people or infrastructure were harmed, the ministry said in a statement.

The Ministry of National Defense once again strongly condemns the attacks carried out by the Russian Federation against Ukrainian civilian infrastructure, which are unjustified and seriously violate international law.

Earlier it was reported that the Romanian military, after examining the Danube bank, found fragments of Russian drones near the village of Plauru, opposite the city of Izmail.
