Russian and pro-Russian hackers carry out cyber attacks on state information systems and objects of critical information infrastructure of Ukraine to destroy the relevant information systems.

According to According to preliminary data, from March 15 to March 22, the government's CERT-UA Computer Emergency Response Team identified four types of destructive malware being used by hackers: HermeticWiper, IsaacWiper, CaddyWiper, DoubleZero.
