Russian and pro-Russian hackers carry out cyber attacks on state information systems and objects of critical information infrastructure of Ukraine to destroy the relevant information systems.
This information was announced during a briefing on March 23 by Deputy Chairman of the State Service for Special Communications Viktor Zhora.
According to According to preliminary data, from March 15 to March 22, the government's CERT-UA Computer Emergency Response Team identified four types of destructive malware being used by hackers: HermeticWiper, IsaacWiper, CaddyWiper, DoubleZero. Note that only two types were used during previous attacks: BootPatch and WhisperKill.
