In the Kherson city territorial community, five people were injured as a result of Russian shelling, two of them children.
This was reported by the Kherson City Military Administration. According to the GVA, all injured are provided with qualified medical care.
According to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, two wounded children were taken to the hospital: a 15-year-old boy and his 11-year-old sister, who were injured due to an explosion on the territory of the household.

According to the investigation, on November 23 at about 16:35 the enemy carried out an artillery shelling of the city of Kherson. A pre-trial investigation has been launched in criminal proceedings into violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
