This was announced on Channel 24 by Russian opposition politician Leonid Gozman. He also added that if nuclear weapons are not used, it is obvious to everyone that Ukraine will win this war.
It will be a new world in which Ukraine will be much stronger and more influential, than it was before the war. Accordingly, Russia will become weak and defenseless, the Russian oppositionist notes.
As for a possible nuclear strike, it should be added that Putin never makes individual decisions, but always tries to shift responsibility to the team: then to the Russian Security Council , then to the State Duma, then to the Russian General Staff.
