On Monday, July 1, the 26th th round of voting, in which Russia was not elected to ECOSOC, one of the six main bodies of the UN.

This vote once again demonstrates that Russia can hit the wall as many times as it likes, but the result will remain unchanged: international criminals have no place in international bodies, the minister pointed out.

The Foreign Minister added that Ukrainian dedication to the goals and the principles of the UN Charter remain unshakable. Our state continues to advance these goals with the continued support of international partners.

K By the way, it recently became known that the UN allowed Russian Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, who is under American sanctions, to attend the summit. It was noted that on the sidelines of the summit in New York, which took place on June 26 and 27, Kolokoltsev met with UN Deputy Secretary General for Peacekeeping Operations Jean-Pierre Lacroix, and also had bilateral meetings.
